These terms outline the general basis on which NTS Tour & Travels arranges travel in Bhutan.

Bookings and Payment

Itineraries on this site are indicative and confirmed once a quote is agreed and any required deposit is received. Final pricing depends on travel dates, group size, accommodation level and current government fees, including the Sustainable Development Fee.

Visa and Sustainable Development Fee

We coordinate visa applications and SDF payment on your behalf as part of your booking. These are subject to Bhutanese government policy and fees in effect at the time of travel.

Changes and Cancellations

Specific cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking and depend on how far in advance changes are made relative to your travel dates.

Travel Insurance

We recommend all travelers carry valid travel insurance covering medical evacuation, particularly for trekking itineraries at altitude.
